A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Squat – focus on knees out and feet stuck to floor
WARM-UP:
Trainer blows bubbles and kids pop them
WORKOUT:
5 rounds
1 log roll
5 squats
50-meter run while waving hands
GAME:
Squat Potato – Based on traditional hot potato. With music playing, kids sit in a circle passing around a soft dodgeball. When the music stops, the child holding the ball goes into the center of the circle and performs three squats. The child returns to the circle and play resumes.
