FOCUS:
Hips – Where are they? Move them first

WARM-UP:
2x
10-meter side shuffle
1 jump for height

WORKOUT:
Set out 3 hula hoops
3 rounds
Skip between hoops
First hoop = 3 bunny hops
Second hoop= 5 jumping jacks
Third hoop = 3 push-ups

GAME:
Sack races
