Burpee – start => go to => finish
1 burpee => run over three small hurdles
5-meter side shuffle
5-meter bear crawl
Ring Swings – With trainer spotting, kids line up and each perform an exercise to earn an equal number of swings on one or two rings (up to 5 reps); for example, 5 squats earns 5 swings. Afterward, child returns to the end of the line.
