A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Demo movements one at a time and have the kids call out the name. Once the correct name is called everyone runs a victory lap around the workout area.
WARM-UP:
Hula hops and bean bags – Place a hula hoop in the center of the workout area. On “go” everyone bear crawls to put a bean bag in the center.
CONDITIONING:
5:00
3 bunny hops
3 squats
3 box step-ups
GAME:
Chalk Line (preschool version) – Trainer draws a chalk line about 5 meters long. Each child decides how to negotiate the line (skip, side shuffle, run), one at a time, and the rest follow each child’s lead.
