SKILL:
Press – focus on proper rack and a neutral spine

WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00
10 presses, 5#-15# dumbbells
20 mountain climbers
4 x 25-meter shuttle run

CHALLENGE:
5:00-10:00
Handstand practice
