WARM-UP:

Handstand hold or attempt => bear crawl => 50-meter accelerating spring => 50-meter back pedal =>5 super-slow squats

SKILL:
Lunge – focus on lead leg mechanics and stability

WORKOUT:
30 mountain climbers
20 walking lunges, 5#-15# dumbbells
10 shoulder presses, 5#-15# dumbbells
20 walking lunges, 5#-15# dumbbells
30 mountain climbers

SKILL:
3x
10 box step-ups, 5#-15# dumbbells
1:00 plank hold
