WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
10-meter walking plank => 2 forward rolls => 2 broad jumps
10-meter bear crawl => 5 jumping squats => 5 burpees

SKILL:
Push-up – focus on the plank

WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 6:00-8:00
8 monkey hangs
8 push-ups
24 jumping jacks

CHALLENGE:
Handstands and wall walk-ups
