A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
Handstand hold/attempt => forward roll => 10-meter bear crawl => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal

SKILL:
Toes-to-Bar – focus on active shoulders and lat engagement in hollow position

WORKOUT:
4-5 rounds
3 broad jumps
6 toes-to-bar or best effort
12 squats

CHALLENGE:
Plank games
