A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Align athletes about 1-2 meters from a wall. Practice gently kicking a dodgeball to the wall. Have two kids go at a time and alternate using inside of foot and outside of foot. Allow kids one super strong kick at the end.
WARM-UP:
Review jumping jacks – feet out and in, hands at sides and together. Do 10 jumping jacks on trainer count; spin around 3 times. Repeat.
CONDITIONING:

10-meter broad Jump to a pumpkin
3 super-slow squats over the pumpkin
Run or side shuffle back
