Dip-Shrug, unloaded
Drop-Stand, unloaded
Link the two movements to form DSDS

WARM-UP:
3:00
Dance Party!

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP (As Much Good Movement As Possible) in 5:00 (de-emphasize speed)
5 slow squats
5 jumping jacks
5 DSDS with pumpkin or 4# Dynamini

GAME:
Max broad jumps over pumpkins in 30 seconds, alternating direction every jump. Emphasize the difference between broad jumps and hops.
