10 Spiderman stretches
10 lunges (vertical shin, knee out)

CONDITIONING:
Advanced and Intermediate
4 rounds
1:00 low prowler (tire)
immediately into
8 front squats

Beginner
3 rounds
1:00 prowler
immediately into
8 front squats

ACCESSORY:
3-point plank
5 x each side
5 weighted single-leg deadlifts, each side

MOBILITY:
Couch stretch
Pigeon
