10 alternating 3-point planks – have kids assume plank position and then lift one arm, hold, and return; then repeat with one leg
10 PVC pass-throughs
5 monkey hangs

SKILL:

Ring rows

Challenge:
3 x 100-meter sprints
1:00 rest in between
