100-meter run

FOCUS:
Deadlift – focus on bracing and stabilizing at set up

GET READY:

10 inchworms
10 bandy triceps push-downs

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 push-ups
One-arm kettlebell deadlift, right arm => 50-meter suitcase carry
One-arm kettlebell deadlift, left arm => 50-meter suitcase carry

SKILL/CHALLENGE:
3x
10-20 sit-ups
30-50 flutter kicks

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps smash
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
1:00 – T-spine smash
