10 temp squats (4-second eccentric/down phase)
20 jumping jacks
10 blocked pogos
10 burpees
10 straight-legged deadlifts
200-meter run

FOCUS:
Good morning – focus on hip mechanics

GET READY:
2x
10 seesaw walks, each leg
10 kettlebell swings, unloaded-8kg
WORKOUT:
3 rounds, not for time
10 PVC good mornings
5 broad jumps
1:00 plank

SKILL/CHALLENGE:
Handstand holds and walks or wall walk-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – hamstring stretch w/rope
1:00 each side – couch stretch
