Handstand – importance of hollow for maintenance of neutral spine

GET READY:
2x
30-second active hang
30-second hollow hold

WORKOUT:
3-5 rounds
1:00 handstand hold or wall walk-up
10 T-plank push-ups
20 butterfly sit-ups

SKILL:
3x
1:00 long plank
100-meter suitcase carry

MOBILITY:
1:00 – abdominal stretch
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
