Press – Press up the sky and hold the sky up. Trainer demonstrates, linking the two movements. Have kids hold the sky up long enough to say “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”
Bullfrog Hops – place 6-8 saucer cones around the play area and have the kids bullfrog hop over each cone. Stay in frog position between hops.
20 seconds – blocked squats (feet together), 10 seconds rest
20 seconds – blocked broad jumps (feet together), 10 seconds rest
20 seconds – T-plank, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds – hold the sky up, 10 seconds rest
Chalk Line – Draw a chalk path on the ground about 10 meters long. Have kids skip, side shuffle, run backward, etc., on chalk line. Allow them to add sections to the line if time allows.
