A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout from Jeff and Mikki Martin
Skill: Knotted rope climb or cargo net climb
Warm-Up: Tarzan swings from lowered pull-up bar (swing as far as they can off into mat)
Workout:
Build a Castle! Use kick pads or similarly constructed soft objects and 10-pound bumper plates for building materials. Kids do 3 air squats, 3 unloaded presses, and then can add either 1 pad or 1 bumper to their “castles.”
Game:
Lava Swings – Rope swings onto a crash mat or similar soft landing across from a “lava pit.”
