A Brand X Method Preschool Workout
Rope swing – Kids stand on plyo-box or similar stable platform and grab onto rope. They step or run off of box, swing, and drop onto crash mat or similar soft landing.
Musical Cones – Spread out big and little cones. Use music to cue so when the music stops, kids must stand beside a cone.
Big cone = 2 air squats
Little cone = 2 presses, unloaded
