10 side leg raises
10 PVC good mornings

CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 10:00
10-20 double-unders or tuck jumps or pogos or single-unders
10 toes-to-bar or best effort

ACCESSORY:
2x-3x
10 single-leg deadlifts, unloaded-light dumbbell
10 dumbbell rows

MOBILITY:
T-spine smash
Lat smash
Calf smash and stretch
Upward dog
