A Brand X Method™ Masters Workout

PREP:
3x or 8:00
Balance drill
10 arm circles, forward and backward
10 arm swings, front to back
5-10 push-ups
10-meter bear crawl, forward and reverse

STRENGTH:
Floor press

CONDITIONING:
3-5 rounds
10 two-hand medicine ball chest passes w/partner or against wall
10-15 burpees

ACCESSORY:
2x-3x
Max L-sit or L-sit progressions
10 ring rows

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – chest smash
