A Brand X Method™ Masters Workout

WARM-UP:
8:00 cap
30-second balance drill
15 good mornings, PVC or banded
10 leg swings, each side
10 perfect squats
100-200-meter run/walk

STRENGTH:
Deadlifts 1 x 30

CONDITIONING:
3 rounds, not for time
8-10 strict pull-ups or rings rows
10-12 perfect goblet squats
1:00 plank hold

ACCESSORY:
2x
Bear crawl bag drag
5-10 burpees

MOBILITY:
Shoulder distraction
Pigeon stretch

      Hi,
      Sorry for the delayed response. The balance drill requires you to stand on one leg with the other leg held out in front of you for 30 seconds, then behind you for 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat. Please let us know if you have additional questions. Thank you.
