Hello, can you please explain what the balance drill is?
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response. The balance drill requires you to stand on one leg with the other leg held out in front of you for 30 seconds, then behind you for 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat. Please let us know if you have additional questions. Thank you.
