A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Blocked squats – Demo feet together and flat
WARM-UP:
Frog jumps on and over lily pads – Ask kids to keep moving and try to jump onto as many lily pads as possible (use randomly scattered AbMats as lily pads)
CONDITIONING:
5:00-8:00
Pond Crossing – Create a three-sided area with cones. Kids walk heel to toe to first cone, frog jump to next cone, and bear crawl back to start and do 3 blocked squats.
