WARM-UP:
Shuttle run with cross-hand tap, both hands
FOCUS:
Frog stand practice
GET READY:
1:00 – arm circles forward and backward
1:00 – leg swings forward and backward
0:30 – knee circles
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – mountain climbers
1:00 – handstand push-up from a box/against the wall
1:00 – bunny hops
1:00 – grasshoppers
GAME:
Battle ropes or firehoses races – 10 reps, arms travel from thigh to overhead with half squat for each team member.
