10 PVC pass-throughs
5-10 push-ups
10-meter bear crawl, forward and reverse
100-meter run/walk

STRENGTH:
Press
1 x 10, 1 x AMAP

CONDITIONING:
3-4 rounds
10 walking lunges
8-15 ring rows
100-meter farmer’s carry

SKILL:
Double-under practice

MOBILITY:
Bottom of the squat
Pigeon
Forearm smash and stretch
