Blocked squats and broad jumps – focus on intimation and outward start and land position
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – downward dog
CONDITIONING:

1:00 – plank

1:00 – blocked broad jump
30-second rest
GAME:
Polar Bear Crawl – 10 meters plus 5 jumping jacks
Crawl back races – All kids play at once, shoulder to shoulder
