The Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
PREPARE
Focus:
Single-leg hops – Demo and practice single-leg hops, then have kids try holding one foot in any way while hopping
Warm-Up:
10-meter bear crawl
2 single-leg hops
10-meter side shuffle
PRACTICE
Movement Exploration:
Walk along a low beam (or chalk line)
360-degree spin
Two-legged hop to hula hoop 5 meters away
3 floppies in the hula hoop
Bear crawl 5 meters to finish
PLAY
Game:
Roll or throw dodgeballs to a central bucket. EMOM stop and do three one-legged hops.
