A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Squat – Practice foot position. Mark X on floor with tape or chalk, then have kids run 10 meters to X and place feet.
WARM-UP:
Side-to side-hops over a line with feet straight
Side-to-side hops zigzag style
CONDITIONING:
3:00
3 squats (focus on foot position)
3 tuck jumps
3 burpees
3:00
Play with hula hoops
GAME:
Sack races
