A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Alternate shuttle runs and 5 lunges

FOCUS:
Pull-up – strict and jumping; practice different grips

GET READY:
1:00 – V stretch against wall
1:00 each side – roped hamstring

CONDITIONING:
1-2 rounds
1:00 – jumping jacks
1:00 – walking lunges
1:00 – crawls, any style w/no stopping
1:00 – blocked squats
1:00 – floppies

GAME:
AbMat Bowling – Set up two or three AbMats in a triangle or pyramid 3-4 meters from start cones. Kids use a 4#-6# medicine ball to “bowl” over the mats.
