A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

WARM-UP:
2x
200-meter run => 20 bandy pull-aparts
200-meter run => 10-meter seated sled pull
200-meter run => rope climb

FOCUS:
Rotational throwing – focus on proper loading

GET READY:
2x
0:30 each side – couch stretch
10 unloaded teapots, each side

WORKOUT:
5 rounds w/partner
10 rotational medicine ball throws each side
10-meter wheel barrow walk

SKILL:
3x
1:00 – long plank
10 straight leg sit-ups
1:00 each side – suitcase hold

MOBILITY:
1:00 – abdominal stretch
1:00 each side – gentle obliques mashing
