A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
5 x 25-meter sprints, with 30-second rest after last child finishes
FOCUS:
Talking through the movement for whatever movement each child picks. Demonstrate and have each child take a turn.
GET READY:
Bottom of the squat dance party
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
50-meter sprint
10 blocked squats
Medicine ball roll to a target, 4#-6#
Ask each child to mark each round in chalk
