Speed ladder => 3 cartwheels => 3 handstand attempts
200-meter run

FOCUS:
Floor press – shoulder/lat engagement and bar path

GET READY:
2x
10 powerball shots
30-second plank hold

WORKOUT:
5 rounds
10 floor presses, PVC-15# barbell
100-meter run
20 mountain climbers
100-meter run

SKILL:
3x
10 seated dumbbell presses
5-10 strict hanging leg lifts

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
