WARM-UP:

5 push-ups => forward roll
10 grasshoppers => forward roll
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat
SKILL:
Thruster – focus on hip mechanics for executing overhead portion
WORKOUT:
6:00-8:00 AMRAP
4 strict pull-ups or 6 monkey hangs
8 thrusters, 5# dumbbells-15# barbell
16 mountain climbers
