WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
30-seconds in the bottom of the squat
10 walking lunges
3 broad jumps
Forward roll
SKILL:
Squat – focus on initiating with the hips and staying on the heels
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 7:00-9:00
12 squats
6 monkey hangs
12 mountain climbers
CHALLENGE:
Small-sided indoor soccer w/dodgeballs or similar soft ball
