WARM-UP:
10 burpees => 100-meter run
10 ring rows => 100-meter run
10 mountain climbers => 100-meter run
10 ring rows => 100-meter run
10 burpees => 100-meter run

FOCUS:
Dip – safe shoulder position and hollow in support

GET READY:
2x
10 PVC pass-throughs
10 bench dips

WORKOUT:
4 rounds
Max hold in support position on p-bars or dip bars
25 jumping jacks
10 incline push-ups
25 jumping jacks

SKILL:
3x
10-meter wheelbarrow walk
1:00 plank hold

MOBILITY:
1:00 – triceps smash
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
