5 super-slow squats => 5 jumping squats
2 cartwheels => 10 burpees
10 PVC pass-throughs

FOCUS:
Push jerk – focus on core-to-extremity principle—shoulders before elbows

GET READY:
2x
10 powerball shots
10 inchworm push-ups

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 push jerks, 5# dumbbells-15# barbell
4 x 5-meter side shuffle burpee
10 air squats

SKILL:
3x
0:30-1:00 each side – T-plank
10-15 butterfly sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
