FOCUS:
Lunge – lead shin position

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
1:00 – bottom of the squat

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
100-meter high-knee skip
10 standing reverse lunges
5 knees-to-elbows

SKILL:
3x
10 Spider-Man lunges
30 flutter kicks

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – banded hamstring stretch on floor
1:00 – foam roll glutes
