5 push-ups => 5 mountain climbers => 5 burpees
4 monkey hangs
Handstand hold/attempt => forward roll => 3 wall walk-ups
Speed ladder => 5 basic dot drills => 2 hopscotch passes
FOCUS:
Deadlift – work on set up

10 PVC good mornings
10 Spider-Man lunges
WORKOUT:
