10 Spider-Man lunges

WORKOUT:
8-round Tabata row

4-round Tabata burpees => 4 –round Tabata squats

SKILL:
3x
Max hollow hold => 1:00 plank
10 hanging leg lifts

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 each side – foam roll lats
