FOCUS:
Inchworm tag
WARM-UP:
Plank games
WORKOUT:
Barrel roll => 3 jumps to 10# bumper plate.
Add a 10# plate each round.
Stop after 4 rounds
GAME:
Target Practice – Kid takes 3 spins and throws a dodgeball or similar soft ball toward a bucket or similar target.
