10 squats => handstand hold/attempt => bear crawl
10 mountain climbers => 2 cartwheels
Broad jump
SKILL:
Hang power clean – focus on hip extension
WORKOUT:
3 rounds
10 hang power cleans, 5# dumbbells-15# barbell
4 x 25-meter shuttle run (100 meters total)

Max hollow holds
15 sit-ups
