FOCUS:
Rotational throws – core-to-extremity principle

GET READY:

10 windmills
10 banded woodchoppers

WORKOUT:
5 rounds
10 rotational medicine ball throws, each side
1:00 – long plank

SKILL:
3x
10 teapots each side, unloaded
30 flutter kicks

MOBILITY:
1:00 – abdominal stretch
