FOCUS:
Bear crawl – focus on quadrupedal walking and opposite leg-opposite arm rhythm

GET READY:
2x
10 jumping squats
10 bandy triceps extensions

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 10:00
20 jumping jacks (focus on good knee position)
10-meter bear crawl forward
20 mountain climbers
10-meter bear crawl reverse

1:00 double-under practice
1:00 handstand practice
1:00 plank

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – Spiderman stretch
1:00 each side – couch stretch
