A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Mirroring practice – pair children up and ask them to follow hands and feet of their partner, as partner slowly raises on hand, lifts one foot, squats down, hops on one leg
WARM-UP:
Skipping practice
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
20-second plank hold => 5 squats
2 rounds
20 seconds in the bottom of the squat (muscles off version, see video) => 5 burpees
GAME:
Tortoise and the Hare – Side plank vs frog leap races. Note: vary distances as needed to coordinate timing of finishers.
