WARM-UP:

Handstand hold/attempt => handstand walk or alligator crawl => 2 cartwheels
30-seconds in the bottom of the squat => 5 jumping squats => 3 broad jumps
10 arm circles forward/backward => 100-meter run => 10-second bar hang
FOCUS:
Explosive hips
GET READY:

10 kettlebell swings
10 stationary lunges each leg
CONDITIONING:
5 rounds
5 underhand/overhead medicine ball throws for height/distance
10 hanging leg lifts
SKILL:
3x
1:00 T-plank hold each side
10 dumbbell side bends each side
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side couch stretch
