FOCUS:
Hang power clean – hip extension

GET READY:

3 broad jumps
1:00 – handstand holds/attempts

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 10:00
10 dumbbell hang power cleans
200-meter run

SKILL:
10 underhand medicine ball throws for height
5 rotational medicine ball throws each side

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
