Bear crawl => alligator crawl => crab walk
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter carioca

Skater – foot, ankle, and knee alignment

2x
10 single-leg side to side hops
10 femur external rotations

PRACTICE
4 rounds
10 skaters (focus on sticking the landing)
10 air squats w/2-second pause at bottom
1:00 plank

PLAY
Team single-leg hop relay races

Foot smash
Calf smash and stretch
Couch stretch
