Hollow hold
Warm-Up:
Red Light, Green Light with barrel rolls and broad jumps
Workout:
AMRAP in 3:00 – Obstacle course
Cone 1: 3-second hollow hold position,
Cone 2: 3 air squats
Cone 3: 3 presses, unloaded
Game:
Target Practice – Kids spin around 3 times then attempt to toss a medicine ball in a bucket or similar container.
