A Brand X Method Preschool Workout From the Founders of CrossFit Kids
Warm-Up:
Tall Cone-Small Cone – Play music. When trainer stops the music, children find a cone. If they find a tall cone, kids do 3 squats. If they find a small cone, kids perform 3 presses
Workout:
AMRAP
10-meter bear crawl => grab a striking pad or similar soft object => Bring it back and build a “fort”
Only one pad per round
Game:
Jackie Chan – Swing on rope and kick striking dummy or similar target
