A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

Handstand hold/attempt => forward roll => bear crawl
5 vertical jumps => basic dot drill x 10
10 hollow rocks => 10 Supermen
100-meter run

FOCUS:
Blocked hop – focus on position of knees and feet

GET READY:
2x
25 one-legged hops, each leg (w/o shoes)
10 Cossacks

WORKOUT:
40 jumping jacks
30 mountain climbers
20 squats
10 burpees
20 squats
30 mountain climbers
40 jumping jacks

SKILL:
3x
1:00 T-plank, each side
10 toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises

MOBILITY:
30 seconds each side – calf smash
30 seconds each side –  calf stretch
1:00 – bottom of the squat
